The Founders

Chetna & Samarth

RoamRani was born from a single question Chetna couldn't stop asking after a frightening solo cab ride in her own city — one that left her unable to book a cab alone for weeks afterward. If this can happen to me here, she thought, what must it feel like for a woman travelling India from the other side of the world?

Samarth heard that question. Together, they built the answer.

With deep roots in Taj Travel Services — India's 5-star rated tour operator on TripAdvisor, established in Agra in 2015 — they had the infrastructure, the guides, and the local knowledge. What RoamRani added was the lens: every journey designed first and foremost for women.
